Academy Training

For Ages 8-18

3on3 Leagues

For Ages 8-18
One of the best ways to teach athletes to play the sport
10 week Leagues in Hamilton, Burlington and Oakville
3on3 League training and games are monitored by coaches, ensuring kids play with ongoing correction and coaching

JR.NBA Academy

For Ages 4-9
Curriculum-based introduction to basketball
Player package including jersey and ball
No experience is necessary for JR.NBA programs - introduce your son/daugther to basketball in the best way this Fall!

Shooting Academy

For Ages 8-18
Shooting is the most difficult skill to learn and master - specific training is required
