IBSA SHOOTING ACADEMY

Our winter shooting academy is underway and as always, our custom program is full of young players looking to have a better understanding of the finer points of this demanding skill. Shooting is a complex part of the game. The shooting academy provides players with the time required to focus on about the mechanics, balance and hand positioning necessary to develop a fundamentally sound shot. It also teaches players with the ability to critique their own shot, so they can continue to develop! Check out the blog for our take on the benefits of static vs on-the-move practice.
